Privacy Policy — Millisave LinkedIn Clipper

The Millisave LinkedIn Clipper (“the Extension”) helps a logged-in Millisave user copy fields from a LinkedIn profile they are already viewing into their own Millisave account. This policy explains what data it handles.

What the Extension accesses

When you are on a LinkedIn profile page and click the Extension (or “Import LinkedIn profile”), it reads the visible fields of that profile, which may include:

• Name, headline/title, location
• Email address and phone number (only if shown on the page)
• The LinkedIn profile URL

It reads only the page you are actively viewing. It does not auto-crawl, bulk-scrape, paginate search results, or run in the background without your action.

How the data is used

The captured fields are sent to your own Millisave instance (default https://online.millisave.com, configurable by your administrator) via an authenticated request that uses your existing Millisave login session. The data becomes a marketing contact / customer record in your Millisave CRM. That is the sole purpose.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use the data for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
• We do not transmit data to any server other than your configured Millisave instance.
• We do not collect analytics or track your browsing.

Storage

• Extension settings (your Millisave URL and default record id) are stored locally in your browser.
• The contact data itself is stored in your Millisave account, governed by Millisave’s privacy policy and your organization’s data agreements.

Permissions, and why

• linkedin.com access / scripting / tabs — to read the profile fields from the LinkedIn tab you choose to import.
• *.millisave.com access — to send the contact to your Millisave CRM using your session.
• Optional host access (requested at runtime) — only for a self-hosted Millisave URL you enter yourself.
• storage — to remember your settings.

Your control

You trigger every import manually. Uninstalling the Extension removes its local settings. Contact records already imported live in your Millisave account; manage or delete them there.
